Cher x Versace Join Forces for A Special “Chersace” Pride Collection
It’s all about teamwork this year it seems with pop icon Cher and Versace announcing this week that they are banding together for a Pride month capsule collection, Chersace. All proceeds from the limited-edition collection will go towards Gender Spectrum, a non-profit working with LGBTQ children and youth. The capsule will feature t-shirts, socks, a baseball cap studded with Versace’s Medusa motif and the hybrid moniker. Cher said when speaking on the collab, “It just felt right for our first collaboration to be one about LGBTQ Pride and celebrating a community that means so incredibly much to both of us. We wanted to make a fun collection supporting a good cause, and we hope you like it.” You can find the collection here. [WWD]

The Webster Launches Exclusive Courrèges Pride Capsule
Luxury retailer, The Webster has partnered with the revived French house Courrèges for a capsule collection inspired by Pride month. The capsule features curated monochromatic silhouettes and accessories from the brand’s archive and the Reedition Collection representing the LGBTQIA+ flag. The vibrant violet-purple from the reedition styles was made exclusively for The Webster, as were two unisex shirts. ​​With 100% of the proceeds donated to NO DRAMA, a social platform that champions creativity and acceptance in the queer culture while creating a safe space for them to express themselves. The Courrèges x The Webster Pride capsule launched on June 1, 2022, at The Webster in Los Angeles with a large-scale installation and will be exclusively available in all The Webster and Courrèges brick-to-mortar stores and online here.

Martin Brok Steps Down As Sephora CEO
Martin Brok exited this week from beauty retail giant, Sephora. Brok was appointed president and CEO in September 2020 and is set to leave his role at the end of the month. Chris de Lapuente, the Chairman and CEO of the selective retailing division of LVMH, who also oversees the group’s Perfumes and Cosmetics activities, will take on his former position of president and CEO of Sephora. Brok nor De Lapuente commented on the company shakeups, although according to an internal release obtained by WWD, Brok’s departure is “due to a divergence of views.” [WWD]

The 2022 CFDA Fashion Awards Have A New Sponsor
The annual CFDA Awards will take place on November 7th at Casa Cipriani in Manhattan with new presenting sponsor, Amazon Fashion. The awards will be co-hosted by CFDA members Joseph Altuzarra, Gabriela Hearst, Aurora James, and Jack McCollough + Lazaro Hernandez to acknowledge the 60th anniversary of the CFDA. This year’s nominees will come out after New York Fashion Week in September. [WWD]

Nora Attal Marries Victor Bastidas
Models.com Top 50 British model Nora Attal married photographer/director Victor Bastidas in Spain over the weekend. Attended by some of the top faces in the business Attal said, “The wedding was quite intimate, mainly family and close friends. We wanted to make it small. We thought that too many people might make it hard for us to enjoy. So we asked our closest friends to join us in celebrating.
