Kerby Jean-Raymond Exits Reebok
After four “experiments” and less than two years, founder and designer of Pyer Moss, Kerby Jean-Raymond announced his departure as Global Creative Director of Reebok. The news synchronizes with the sportswear brand’s new acquisition from Authentic Brands Group (ABG), which bought the brand from Adidas last August for $2.5 billion and just announced it would lay off 150 employees. Raymond’s relationship with Reebok began in 2017 and will roll out his fifth and final collaboration with the brand in March 2022. After skipping couture last month, Pyer Moss will also not be showing this F/W 22 runway season. [Fashionista]

​​Designer duo Lisi Herrebrugh & Rushemy Botter have parted ways from the Parisian brand, Nina Ricci. The artistic directors helmed the position for three and a half years and brought a vibrant Caribbean palette to the label, while still maintaining their positions as creative directors of their own brand, Botter. Herrebrugh and Botter said. “We are thankful to Nina Ricci and Puig for their trust and to our passionate team for all their work and support. We are proud to have been able to put our creativity at the service of this iconic Maison. We feel that this is the right time to dedicate all of our attention to Botter, which is now entering exciting times and which we want to take to yet another level.” Botter is set to showcase its new collection during Paris Fashion Week in March. Rihanna Is Pregnant With Her First Child
Beauty, lingerie mogul, and singer Rihanna announced her pregnancy with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in an off-duty street-style series shot by celebrity paparazzi photographer, Miles Diggs (Diggzy) in Harlem. In true Rihanna style, she posted her new campaign for Fenty Beauty first before posting her pregnancy announcement on her own account. Until February 1st, when she confirmed the news in a very casual setting with the caption “the gang pulled up to black history month”.[NYT]

Maxwell Osborne’s anOnlyChild label Is Now Stocked At Saks
​​Designer and co-founder of Public School, Maxwell Osborne has something new in store, but this time on his own. Osborne released his first-ever collection for his new brand, anOnlyChild made up of deadstock material, inspired by the “ancient Egypt punch-needle technique when binding together different materials to form a new hybrid fabric.” The designer states that he’s not pressured to make it to the official fashion week calendar as the process of gathering material is time-consuming. The new pieces are currently stocked at Saks and on anOnlyChild’s e-commerce site.[WWD]
