Kanye West and Balenciaga Team Up for Yeezy Gap
Kanye West, also known as Ye, has been a longtime supporter of Balenciaga, specifically Demna . So there was no surprise that West brought in Demna, creative director of Balenciaga, to collaborate with him on his impending Gap collections. The project named, “Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga.” will include Demna’s distinctive design elements mixed with Ye’s influence. The press release said, “This first of its kind launch sees Ye’s peerless vision bring together the most influential designer of his generation, Demna, with iconic American brand, Gap.” [Vogue]

Tiffany Godoy Is The Latest Head of Editorial Content At Vogue Japan
Condé Nast continues its editorial global restructure by appointing journalist, author, and editor Tiffany Godoy as Vogue Japan’s Head of Editorial Content. Godoy is set to work closely with the global editorial director of Vogue and chief content officer of Condé Nast, as well as Leslie Sun’s director of Vogue’s APAC. “Tiffany’s experience working across print, digital, audio and video, coupled with her deep understanding of — and passion for — Japanese fashion culture, make her a natural fit for this role.” said Wintour. The announcement comes after former editor-in-chief of the Japanese publication Mitsuko Watanabe left Vogue Japan in August. [BoF]

Model Ashley Graham and her husband Justin Ervin have announced the arrival of their twin baby boys today, two new additions to the family of five. Graham said via IG stories, “Justin and I are so excited to share that our baby boys are here, they were born early this morning at home and are happy and healthy. I’m taking some time to heal up and connect with my husband and three boys, but I truly can not wait to share more with you all.”

As Omicron cases are rising all over the globe, Giorgio Armani has decided to cancel Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani men’s fall 2022 shows, that was set to take place in Milan on Jan 15th & 17th. The designer also chose to cancel his Privé haute couture spring 2022 show that was set to debut in Paris.
