Paris Fashion Week, Raf Simons teams up at Prada and more of the news you missed

Raf Simons Will be Co-Creative Director of Prada
Announced Sunday, Belgian designer Raf Simons will join forces with another iconic designer, Miuccia Prada, as co-creative director of the Italian house Prada. The two peers will have “equal responsibilities for creative input and decision-making,” a statement said. Once Raf Simons exited Calvin Klein, everyone waited to see which brand the designer would take on next, but an equally-footed, long-term collaborative effort between these two industry titans was a most unexpected move. The announcement has been met with curiosity and excitement for what the co-creative director format could mean for the future of fashion. [New York Times]
