On June 20th when MDC exclusively broke the news on the “All About Kate” Sept 03 issue of W, what we weren’t tipped off on was the fact that there would be 9 highly collectible covers. Nor were we prepared for Chuck Close’s very frontal nudes of Kate. All this from an upscale US fashion publication. If the Fairchild contingent does not get the Award for “Most Audacious September Issue Ever” then there’s no justice left in publishing. God bless em again!
