Tell us about how you were discovered.<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was still in a corner of my head because a lot of people told me I should try, and I was already interested in fashion. But I didn\u2019t really know how to start, and with which agency. In the end, I didn\u2019t have to do anything because a scout from Antwerp, Felicia, texted me on Instagram. I thought it was a scam, but here I am :)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Most memorable modeling experience so far? <\/strong><br \/>\nOpening Louis Vuitton for my first show was definitely the most memorable and craziest experience. I was so shocked when I received the number 1 during the rehearsal the night before the show. I would never forget the feeling I had right before starting up the stairs and going for my walk. (3,2,1, GO) I was scared of being too stressed and not enjoying the moment, but I absolutely enjoyed every second of it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One song you have on repeat, and why?<\/strong><br \/>\nI don\u2019t have a particular song in mind, but I would say any jazz song. I really love jazz, especially when there is a saxophone; it\u2019s such a captivating instrument, and it makes any song good.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What other passions do you have aside from modeling?<\/strong><br \/>\nI\u2019m very into music; it\u2019s always a part of my daily life and really influences my mood and creativity. I\u2019m also fascinated by astronomy because it reminds me how mysterious the universe is and how small we are. And also swimming, I used to swim a lot when I was little, it allows me to disconnect and feel good physically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is something you\u2019ve always wanted to do\/try?<\/strong><br \/>\nI\u2019ve always wanted to push myself outside my comfort zone more, especially by trying new experiences and meeting different kinds of people. And travelling the world, discovering new cultures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s one thing people may be surprised to find out about you?<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen people see my name (Marylore), they think I\u2019m English or American, so they don\u2019t think I speak French. Normally, my name is spelled Marie-Laure. Marie was my grandmother\u2019s name on my mother\u2019s side, and Laure was my grandmother\u2019s name on my father\u2019s side, which sounds rather Belgian\/French.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What change would you like to see in the world?<\/strong><br \/>\nI would like to see a softer world where everyone receives a real chance, no matter where they come from.
