Actually, my sister was the one who got scouted. They didn&#8217;t notice me at first until my sister pushed me to reach out to some agencies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 What are 3 interesting facts about you?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. I&#8217;ve been riding horses since I was 8.<br \/>\n2. I have lived all over the world and speak three languages; Chinese, English and French. Whenever I have free time possible, I love to go explore the world.<br \/>\n3. I have an abnormal love for specifically long and tiny spoons, and teeth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 The most interesting thing about your family:<\/strong><br \/>\nMy family has a movie like rich history, my father was previously a world champion for motorcycle racing. He wants to introduce MotoGP to China and build a team here, along with my mother, who was in the Chinese army before as a journalist, nurse, and soldier (she&#8217;s brave, strong, and independent). Growing up in Juba, I was just focused on everyday life\u2014family, school, and my community. But there was always something in me that loved style, movement, and expression. I used to admire models in magazines and on social media, but it felt like a different world, something far away. One day, while I was out in the city, someone approached me and asked if I&#8217;d ever considered modeling. At first, I thought they were joking, but they weren&#8217;t. That moment changed everything. They saw something in me that I hadn&#8217;t fully seen in myself yet. Since then, I started learning about the fashion industry, working on my confidence, and understanding how powerful presence can be. Becoming a model wasn&#8217;t something I planned, but it feels like something I was meant to do. I love how it boldly critiques modern politics and society, but does it with dark humor and a lot of irony. It&#8217;s entertaining, intense, and it makes you think about how power works in the real world\u2014without being too heavy or preachy. The mix of action, sarcasm, and uncomfortable truths is what makes it stand out for me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 The most interesting thing about your family:<\/strong><br \/>\nDefinitely our taste in music. Everyone in my family has a different style they love\u2014jazz, soul, reggae, old-school hip hop\u2014and somehow it all blends into this rich soundtrack that&#8217;s constantly playing in our home. Music has always been a way for us to connect, share stories, and express ourselves, even without talking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 How did you become a model?<\/strong><br \/>\nIt honestly happened by chance. I was walking in the Piola area of Milan when a scout approached me out of nowhere. They asked if I had ever considered modeling and gave me the opportunity to try it out. I am incredibly athletic, but specifically really good at headstands. I love most other types of apes, but gorillas specifically freak me out! I feel like abortion specifically is something incredibly traumatic, so the fact that it is even being discussed outside of the woman, her doctor, and anyone else she felt comfortable confiding in is disgraceful to me. More than half the population should have the choice to do what they please with their body. It&#8217;s a semi-big city in south-west Germany, right on the French border. While it certainly isn&#8217;t the nicest area, there is quite a bit of crime, and it might not be the prettiest city in Germany, I would never change the place of my upbringing. People are very kind, there is a lot of French influence, which makes it culturally way more diverse than a lot of other German areas, and even though it is still a bigger city, I got plenty of contact with nature, which I&#8217;m very grateful for. The people are very kind as well, I think. My most precious thing is my friends, whom I mostly met in Saarbr\u00fccken, so that tells me that it was the right place for me. The best thing is that you get both the perks of a city, but it is also surrounded by forests, so you don&#8217;t have to go too far if you want to escape the city. Nature is also, in my opinion, really beautiful. The worst thing is that it is, to be fair, not the prettiest city. Of course, it has its nice spots, but there are definitely prettier cities around. Still love it tho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 What is your biggest irrational fear?<\/strong><br \/>\nMy most irrational fear is that whenever I&#8217;m walking on a train platform, I&#8217;m scared to stumble and fall on the tracks. So I always keep extra distance. Also super scared that whenever I use a metal straw, I&#8217;m gonna chip my teeth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 An issue or cause you are passionate about:<\/strong><br \/>\nAn issue I care a lot about is the growing rift between people in our society. There is a growing lack of kindness, tolerance, and understanding in our society, which is bringing people apart, alienating them, and making it feel impossible to talk or even find common ground with them. I think this is really problematic because we live in a time when a lot of things need our combined attention. Social media, politics, and news are, I think, contributing to this by spreading fear and hate in ways we didn&#8217;t have previously.
