5&#8217;11&#8221;, English, born July 24th.<\/p>\n<h4>We Asked:<\/h4>\n<p class=\"dd_question\">\u2014 What are you interested in that most people haven\u2019t heard of?<\/p>\n<p class=\"dd_answer\">Astronomy \u2013 it may sound a bit boring, but I did it as an extra subject at school and have been super interested in the stars ever since. I went white water rafting in America a few years ago in the middle of Idaho with my family and every night we would camp underneath the stars in the middle of nowhere. There was not a single cloud in the sky, and it felt like we were the only people in the world.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dd_question\">\u2014 Who is someone you admire and why?<\/p>\n<p class=\"dd_answer\">I have so many people I admire but my great grandfather competed in the 1928 Olympics in Paris for hurdles and high jumping. I have always hugely admired him because of his amazing determination and success. Although I did not get his athletic genes, I hope that my great grandchildren may one day look up to me in the same way because of something I have achieved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dd_question\">\u2014 What are three interesting facts about you?<\/p>\n<p class=\"dd_answer\">&#8211; I truly live in the middle of nowhere and every year my village has a fete; we all meet and play games and I always win the
