The week after I was walking my first runway show at Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Favorite things:
I really enjoy taking long train or bus rides while looking out the window or observing people. I also have this huge love and interest for movies and the only thing I could do everyday without getting tired of it is going to the cinema.

Favorite music, band:
After watching Montage of Heck I got over the line obsessed with Kurt Cobain. Before watching the movie I never really understood the thing about Nirvana, I just thought it was noise. Now I know every song, every unreleased song and every thing about Kurt Cobain. I got to the point where I was at the last page on Google (there’s 36 pages btw). As I said – kind of over the line.

Favorite movie, tv show:
I’m very into documentaries about musicians. I watched AMY on the premier night and I thought it was amazing. Right now I’m addicted to watching Modern Family for the 3rd time. I LOVE Phil! Just writing his name makes me laugh, I can’t get enough of his awkwardness.

Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
I’m very passionate about the Danish fashion scene. I think it’s such a diverse market for both creativity and simpleness. It’s so hard to point out one brand, but my good friend Maikel Tawadros is so brave with his designs and his main priority is making everything environmentally friendly, which I really love. I never use any fragrance – so when you smell me it’s just my natural scent. I really hope it’s a good smell though or else I’ve been fooling my self all these years not wearing perfume. I don’t use many beauty products, I never wear make-up in private it just feels so good almost like a statement: I’M OFF WORK. Everyday morning and night I just use Bioderma cleaner and a good facial cream, sometimes I change it, but my all time favorite is Embryolisse.

What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
I would probably be traveling and not have figured out what to study yet. I’m a very flighty person and I want to do everything on the same time. One day I want to be a doctor, the next day an architect and mostly I just want to be Spiderman. Everything interests me but one thing I’ve always got back to is writing either novels or as a journalist.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
I LOVE RAP MUSIC VIDEOS. The ones with big booties twerking on a gangster’s lap. My biggest dream is, NOT KIDDING BTW, to be in a music video as “the girl”. It would be a joke if I had to twerk, but maybe just being his bitch in the club. I wouldn’t mind it being Drake or A$AP Rocky ;) Sometimes while I’m in the shower I practice being Adele or dancing in the rain so when my agent hopefully calls me one day with a job I’ll be ready! Can you feel my enthusiasm through the screen!? I have one more story! I’m still so obsessed with playing The Sims. I can easily spend 12 hours in a row playing with their lives. When I was younger I made the bullies from my school in the game, and I made them as ugly as possible, made them go hungry to bed and pee their pants. It almost felt like therapy. Such a badass.

Favorite modeling experience so far?
My favorite shoot was my iD story in 2013. I had no idea what I was doing and definitely no idea about how big it was. It was just after my Saint Laurent show (my favorite show) and everything went so fast. Thinking back on it now, I think it was good that I didn’t know how huge it was doing all those amazing jobs, then my nerves would have been out of control. I was shaking just thinking about getting in front of the camera that day since it was my first shoot ever.

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
The best thing is speaking Danish. It makes me so calm speaking it because I don’t have to think about if the grammar is right or if that saying was too directly translated from Danish. I also really miss my bike while being away it saves so much time and money. AND of course I miss homemade food because then I don’t have to think about making it – haha. What makes me proud to be a Dane is definitely not the government, but the fact that I believe most people are very open minded and acceptable of other people which I think is the key to kindness.

Which brand would you really love to model for?
My all time dream job is doing the Chanel show. If I could do it once I feel like I’ve peaked. There are so many good photographers, it’s so hard to choose, but the first one popping in to my mind is Steven Meisel. I’ve always loved his work.

Place you would love to visit:
I never traveled to an exotic island, but that has always been a dream of mine. Someday I am planning on going on a diving vacation and see the coral reefs on the Maldives.

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
Since I watched Interstellar I’ve had this huge interest in the universe. It fascinates me that no one knows exactly what is going on up there. How can something be infinite? Is there some weird looking blue creatures on a planet far away? And the indefinable aspect of time between galaxies. I’ve been obsessed!

Copenhagen girl Charlie Bredal, 20, loves Modern Family, Nirvana, and kindness.
