Scouted doing tricks on his BMX outside of the agency AMCK London, Roland was invited to take part in a shoot in progress. First stopping to perfect a bike trick, 10 minutes later Roland was on set, shooting like a professional. This kid has moxie, as well as a face that the camera loves&#8230; and he&#8217;s a natural, being able to pose perfectly without any direction. Since then Roland has been taken under the wing of top boy (and fellow BMX enthusiast) Luke Worrall, who sees a great resemblance between the two of them.
