Place of Origin:
Mauritius

Ethnic Origin:
I’m Mauritian but I have English origin from my dad and Indian origin from my mom.

Birthsign:
Leo

How discovered:
I was scouted (by my actual agent) when I was shopping in Montreal in 2015.

Favorite things:
Two of my favorite things are sport (fitness) and window shopping, I don’t always buy but I love walking around to see what’s new. I also like to travel (a lot) so I never miss an occasion to discover a new country and culture.

What are you listening to at the moment?
My kind of music is hip hop, rap and RnB, however it depends on my mood. I can switch real quick from Edith Piaf to Bob Marley.

Favorite movie, tv show:
Grey’s Anatomy and the movie My Sister’s Keeper, it always make me cry. But I admit I have a huge crush on scary movies (only if I’m not alone of course).

Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
My favorite beauty product right now is my Lancôme Juicy shaker, it’s so useful in winter!

What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
If I weren’t modelling I probably would still be studying international business, but I would probably have launched my own project by now.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Every time I go to a country I buy a mirror with the name of the country on it. I don’t know why but since I was 6 years old, I’ve been doing it.

Favorite modeling experience so far?
Spending 3 weeks in Milan, it was the first time I was going abroad for modelling. I met amazing people there and mixing fun and work is a great feeling. I realised how I love this job.

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
The sun obviously, but also the food and the Mauritian way of living. I also love walking barefoot there most of the time.

Which brand would you really love to model for?
Chanel and Balmain are my favorite brands and I had the chance to work with both of them. Since I get to know the fashion industry, Coco Chanel represents an icon for me and I’m amazed by Olivier Rousteing’s path. I think the next best brand to work with would be Hermes!

Place you would love to visit:
I’ve already been to nearly every continent, from America to Asia, Middle East to Africa, but I’ve never been yet to Australia and South America. The next destinations on my to do list are Mexico and Brasil.

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
That one gap year I’m taking next year from my studies, to focus only on modelling and travel.
