How discovered:
I was scouted a few times when I was about 15 and I was a bit shocked to be honest as I didn’t realize I could be a model. However I didn’t find the right match and decided to wait. Meanwhile many people kept telling me that I had to do something in the fashion world. When I was 16 I decided to send my pictures to Jill Models Management (my mother agency), which people told me about. They told me I had to come by the agency to meet them and they instantly signed me. Only a little while after that, they booked me for my first job in New York.

Favorite things:
Cooking with my sister. I just made a big Oreo pie! I like sports, running is one of my favorites, but never without good music!

Favorite music, band:
Kanye West, Avicii. I never go to sleep without music, NEVER. Of course I have a special music list before bedtime, my “calm” playlist: Avril Lavigne, Regina Spektor, Jason Walker…

Favorite movie, tv show:
Titanic, I’ve seen it already so many times, but it’s still my favorite movie.

Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
Stella McCartney, I like her style. It’s always something special. I like the smell of the red bottle from Ralph Lauren, the soft smell is so good and the beauty products from Clinique are great as well. I never go to sleep without my three-steps-plan from Clinique.

What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
Studying. When I was 6 years old, I always want to become a doctor.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Zwieber The Fox (I like the character he plays), but actually I’m a cool girl ;-) !

Favorite modeling experience so far?
Walking the runway as an exclusive for Alexander Wang! Before that, I had never done a job. (not a shoot, nor a catwalk). It was unbelievable! It was also my first time in New York. It’s a pretty amazing experience – me, between all the other older girls, doing my first steps on the catwalk, it was so weird and unreal. Everything was new for me but I loved it.

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
The Belgian chocolate, the French (actually Belgian) fries of course.

Which brand would you really love to model for?
I don’t know if it’s possible but if I really have to choose it would be Dolce and Gabbana. The clothes are so special! And the campaign from 2013 was so beautiful!

Hawaii or Africa

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
The stars and the moon! It’s so beautiful! Every time before sleeping, I look at the stars. Looking at the stars makes me speechless and dreamy.
