How discovered:
Becoming a model had never crossed my mind. The idea of modeling was so far out and foreign it had never occurred to me. It was my good friend Rebecca Henderson that suggested it to me one night. I was flattered by the compliment but didn’t think too much of it until she got in touch with a friend of her’s who happened to be just returning home from a flight where she sat next to Mike Lerner, Justin Bieber’s personal photographer. During the flight they had exchanged information and I was given Mike’s contact information. I took some test shots with him which he sent over to Ford NY and two days later they called me down and signed me.

Favorite things:
The smell of freshly cut grass, hot showers, and ambient lighting. I enjoy the typical things an 18 year old male enjoys. I love to be around my friends and I almost always am. Soccer is a passion of mine and I play every chance I get.

Favorite music, band:
My favorite musical artist is probably Kanye West. I can get a lot of flack from people when I say this but I think that the way that he produces his own music is quite genius.

Favorite movie, tv show:
My favorite movie is definitely “The Prestige,” directed by Christopher Nolan. Magic is something I’ve always wondered at and the portrayal of performance magic in the late 19th century. As for my favorite show I’d have to say the UK version of Skins, I can only hope that one day my life will be as amazing as theirs.

Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
Being a guy that’s from a rural setting the world of high fashion and modeling is still a bit foreign to me. I’m discovering new brands and designers all the time. I think it’s a little early to decide on a favorite.

What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
My plan before I got involved with this modeling business was to finish High School and then take some time to myself. I was planning on traveling the world for a few years to help discover myself and experience different cultures and environments.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
I love any sort of collectable-card-game-thing. It’s an addiction I’ve really had to put myself through my own rehab for. I’d say I love it but I try my best to stay far away from it because it is such a sink-hole for money.

Favorite modeling experience so far?
That’s a hard one. I’ve really enjoyed every job I’ve gotten so far. If I had to pick a favorite though I’d pick my shoot for VMAN. I really liked working with the stylist, Jay Massacret, and the photographer, Collier Schorr. It was my first real job and they, as well as the rest of the crew, helped to create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for me to put out my best work.

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
The best thing about my hometown in upstate New York is probably the people I’ve become associated with. I’ve found a great group of friends that I really love to spend time with.

Which brand would you really love to model for?
As I said before I’m quite new to the world of fashion. So far I’ve been quite blessed with all the work that has come to me and I’m open to new experiences with different designers. I’m loving my work and I hope it keeps coming, but again I think it’s too soon for me to name anything that specific.

Place you would love to visit:
Ohh man, there’s so many! I’ve made a plan with myself to visit Brazil in 2014 to take part in the festivities of the Soccer World Cup that will be hosted there. I’d also love to experience Europe.

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
Now that I’ve begun to get exposed to the world of style I’ve begun to discover my obsession, I’m reluctant to call it this but it is what it’s fast becoming, with style and clothing. I think Rihanna’s fantastic. And the coming of the warm weather.
