— How did you become a model?
I actually got scouted in the English Garden in Munich. I was walking with my friends and completely didn’t hear a woman calling after me, so she literally had to run after me and was out of breath when she reached me. At first, I was a bit confused, but we ended up meeting together after that, and that’s basically how modeling started for me.
— What’s a favorite book/movie/TV show, and why do you love it?
My all-time favorite book is “Das Ende der Einsamkeit” by Benedikt Wells. I like it because it deals with loneliness, loss, and emotional development in a very honest way. I also find the idea interesting that we sometimes attract the things we fear and repeat patterns we try to avoid. It made me reflect a lot on life, and helped me appreciate my own priorities more and value things like still having my family much more.
— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
There is this ongoing joke that I always win UNO against my boyfriend. I somehow always manage to cheat a little bit, and he has absolutely no idea. He just keeps losing and calls it bad luck; I call it strategy.

— Share a bit about your background and upbringing.
My family is Scottish, but they moved to England before I was born. Growing up, I spent a lot of time outside with friends on my bike, and I was generally pretty outgoing.
— What is your biggest irrational fear?
I always feel like my alarm won’t go off, so I check it way too many times – sometimes even waking up in the middle of the night to make sure!
— How did you become a model?
I was scouted in London by my current agent. He approached me on the street when I was out with my friends last July, and about a week or two after, I signed with Somebody London.

— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. I am very good at sports. I grew up playing football until I was 13 and played at a strong level with different academies, then I switched to volleyball, where I became a member of the Costa Rican national team and competed in international tournaments.
2. One interesting thing about me is that I am always listening to music, and it makes me feel like I am in a movie all the time. When I am out on the street, I am constantly creating scenes in my head, and that has led me to a hobby I am currently exploring, which is audiovisual production.
3. I have had a slight obsession with history since I was a child. It has been the subject that makes my eyes light up. I could spend hours talking about it, and I often watch documentaries and films about any topic connected to our history as humans
— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
One thing people may be surprised to find out about me is that I don’t really experience my day-to-day life in a “normal” way. I often see moments as if they were part of a film, with scenes, lighting, and emotion, and I naturally build stories in my head while I am walking or listening to music. It is something that started very early and has slowly pushed me toward exploring audiovisual creation, even before I fully realized it.
— What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
I have always been very hardworking and dedicated to my studies in Costa Rica. I worked as a data migration analyst and studied systems engineering. The scariest thing I have done in my life has been leaving behind what I built to pursue a dream outside my country, as well as being away from my friends and having to leave my girlfriend.

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
I’m a terrible driver. If someone were to get in the car with me, they would be surprised, or more accurately scared, by how I be whipping around corners at 65mph.
— What’s a favorite book/movie/TV show, and why do you love it?
My favorite TV show is Avatar: The Last Airbender. I remember watching it as a kid, but my fondness only really blossomed when I was older. Avatar does a great job at tackling heavy subjects, like the harshness of war and government corruption, in a digestible manner. Its overall message of peace and being kind to our fellow humans impacts my morals and actions in my daily life.
— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. I was the first trans woman on my high school’s homecoming court.
2. I’ve won 2 Tennessee state-level acting awards #thespian.
3. I’m a social work major at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, and I’m secretary of the social work college’s student organization, BSWO.
