— How did you become a model?
I became a model in high school. A designer approached me on a bus and said, “You’re tall and beautiful—would you like to be a runway model for my brand?” I thought, why not try it on the weekends since I had free time. I never expected to fall in love with the feeling of being surrounded by lights, the stage, and the whole atmosphere from the very first show.
— An issue or cause you are passionate about:
I’m really passionate about making life easier for people with disabilities. My mom had to use a wheelchair for a while, and I noticed that Taipei isn’t very wheelchair-friendly. It made me more aware of the challenges people face and why accessibility is so important.
— What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
The scariest thing I’ve done? I once had to stand in the middle of a busy street in Thailand for a shoot. 1 Honestly, I felt like I was in an action movie—cars everywhere—but somehow I survived!

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
People might be surprised to learn I’m secretly a playful person; behind all the playfulness, I’ve got moves and a competitive spark.
— What is your biggest irrational fear?
Losing my identity in the spotlight, maybe? Like, one day I’m slaying the runway, and the next, I’m just a forgotten face.
— What’s a favorite book/movie/TV show, and why do you love it?
Omg! My go-to K Drama is “Crash Landing on You”! Love the vibes, the plot twists, the bromance, the ROHAN! Hyundai Bin and Son Ye Jin’s chemistry is everything.

— The most interesting thing about your family:
I have two younger sisters—one is nine years younger than me, and the other is eleven years younger. They both practice judo, and I once lost an arm-wrestling match to my sister, who is nine years younger, which was very frustrating.
— What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
I try to eat either natto or yogurt every day. I like the taste, of course, but I’ve also heard that fermented foods are good for your body, so I try to have one of them in the morning.
— If you were to choose a song that symbolizes this current phase of your life, what would it be and why?
The song I would choose is “Wasurerarenai no” by Sakanaction. I used to really dislike the difficult and painful periods that come with working toward something. But after listening to this song, I started to feel that the happiness of achieving something exists because of those difficult moments. Since then, I’ve been able to appreciate and even enjoy challenging periods more than before.

— Tell us about your hometown.
I live in Kocaeli in Turkey. It is a quiet and calm city, so it is really nice if you want to relax and clear your mind. The downside is that it is a bit far from most central areas, especially for modeling. Going to castings can take a few hours sometimes. But it is not something that would stop me from chasing my goals.
— How did you become a model?
Actually, I was at school on a normal high school day, and I was talking with my friends. At some point, one of them told me, “You could be a model, you should try it.” That idea stayed in my mind, and later I started researching modeling. At first, I was a little nervous about agencies because I wanted to find a trustworthy one. After some time, I found a good agency and started modeling, and that’s how it all began.
— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. Actually, I’m more funny than I look from the outside. I just need to be in the right place with the right people to show that side of me.
2. I really like listening to classical music. Most people around me find it a bit boring, but for me it’s very relaxing, and I really enjoy it.
3. I enjoy spending time on my own; simple things like going for a walk or sitting alone in a cafe and drinking coffee. When I can control my own time and energy, I feel happier.

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
From a young age, I have had the biggest obsession with gemstones. I used to beg my parents to take me to jewellery stores to the point where people working there knew me by name.
— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
One story my mum loves to tell people is when I was very little, I used to hide her jewellery because I was scared of it getting stolen. She then thought it had been stolen because I had forgotten where I had hidden it. Took us over a year to find her engagement ring.
— How did you become a model?
I was scouted while I was at a music festival. I had actually gotten lost in the crowd while trying to find my friends when a woman approached me. We had a short conversation, she handed me a business card, and told me to apply. At first, I didn’t think it was real, but applying was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. I have a lot of passion for history and psychology; I study and think about it in my free time. I also enjoy science, especially chemistry — I’m thinking of getting into chemical engineering after I graduate high school.
2. What I love even more is performing, and the arts; my hobbies include dancing, journaling, painting, and drawing that leans toward realism, and acting if it were an option. I love performing in any way in front of a camera.
3. I would consider myself pretty hardworking and ambitious. I like to challenge myself academically and physically sometimes — focusing on self-improvement and growth as a person and constantly reflecting and observing what’s around me.
— Tell us about your hometown.
My hometown was in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, until I migrated to Australia when I was 9. The best thing about back home was probably the community and the emotional connection I was able to form with my loved ones. The worst thing was definitely the air pollution caused by factories, which made me very ill, influencing our decision to move.
— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
That I’m more of a troublemaker, and I’m more outgoing than people think.
