— How did you become a model?
I used to work at a grocery store as a cashier, and I would get told on the daily to try modeling. An older lady once pulled me aside and told me she used to model, and it helped her pay off her college tuition. She told me that if I don’t at least give it a shot, I will regret it forever. The next day, I self-submitted photos to Endless Management. The following day, I was scouted at work by another agency. Overall, it always felt like something I was meant to pursue.

— Can you tell us about your happiest childhood memory?
When I was around five or six, I was exploring around the house, and when I went out to the patio, I saw a hair tie on the floor. I reached down to get it, but the closer I looked, the more I realized it wasn’t what I expected; it was actually a snake that had bitten its own tail. This memory always fills me up with joy because that specific moment opened me up to a whole new world of mystery, curiosity, and fascination for life and nature itself.

— If you were to choose a song that symbolizes this current phase of your life, what would it be and why?
Running_01 by Ruined Concepts. I feel like life is an adventure for me right now. I am experiencing a very busy and creative time at the moment. I go for the things that I want, also with a lot of appreciation of the things we sometimes have to let go of on the way. I can imagine the song talks about something similar. Also, the rhythm, the fast pace of the track… that’s my mood right now.
