— What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
My mornings seem to start with 20/30 minutes of Pilates/stretching. I feel like it just sets me up for the day despite the ugly weather I need to put up with here in Scotland.
— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
They definitely have a handful of stories about how clumsy I am. I am guaranteed to trip/fall or somehow embarrass myself wherever I go.
— How did you become a model?
I was in London for an open casting. I had planned my day to do a couple of walk-ins after, and I had a list of a few agencies in my notes. But while in line, I was scouted by one of them, and once I compared the address, it happened to be one of the same agencies I was planning on visiting, and It just felt like a sign. They invited me the same day, and I must say how lovely all the team has been from the moment I met them. And, Now here I am! Grateful to be in this position.

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
When I was five, I was playing in the backyard and decided to chase a chicken. In a split second, I was violently knocked down—likely by the frenzied chicken—and left unconscious for nearly a month. To this day, the memory of waking up screaming for my mother remains hauntingly clear. Yet, in a paradoxical way, surviving that ordeal felt like a profound gift, a second chance at life.
— What are 3 interesting facts about you?
1. I specialize in cooking traditional African dishes, blending authentic flavors and techniques.
2. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved crafting stories and drawing inspiration from my imagination.
3. One of my greatest aspirations is to become a father to twins someday.
— What is your biggest irrational fear?
I struggle with severe arachnophobia, which I discovered the hard way after a traumatic encounter with a black widow spider. To this day, even the sight of a spider triggers a full-blown panic attack—I can’t handle being near one.

— What’s a favorite book/movie/TV show, and why do you love it?
My favorite show is Adventure Time. I grew up watching it with my dad and brother. The show frames as a beautiful adventure, and I revisit it often.
— What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
Sports have always been an essential part of my life. I try to stay active every day, whether through pickup soccer, yoga classes, or other activities. I’ve recently started running every morning and aim to run the New York Marathon next year.
— What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
The scariest thing I’ve done so far was moving to New York City. I’d never even visited before but decided to attend college here. It was terrifying moving so far from home to a place where I knew almost no one, but it has opened new opportunities I never would’ve imagined, and I’ve been blessed to meet so many incredible people.

— Did you always envision yourself pursuing a career in modeling, or did it come as a surprise? How did you first enter the world of modeling?
No, I never felt pretty or special. I was different, yes, and tiny, too, so it was really surprising when someone asked if I would help with a modeling job.
— Share a bit about your background and upbringing.
I was 2 or 3 years old when I was adopted together with my two older sisters from Korea to Denmark. We ended up in a very small town in Jutland.

— What is your biggest irrational fear?
Becoming a grumpy old woman. What happened in some old people’s life that made them so mean? I want to be a short, chubby, happy grandma.
— If money wasn’t an obstacle, what would you be doing with your life?
I’d like to know how to do magic; it has always been a big dream of mine. Not a magician, like a full-on witch!
— If you were to choose a song that symbolizes this current phase of your life, what would it be and why?
“Don’t Fucking Tell Me What to Do” by Robyn. You have to listen to the lyrics; she just complains about stuff! I wish Robyn was my mother. Or aunt, sorry, Mom, love you!

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
It would probably be the fact that I’m currently studying opera singing and also I’m a hunter.
— What’s the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
The scariest thing I have ever done was hiking in the spring. For some reason, our area has a lot of bears, and in spring, they wake up from hibernation. Suddenly, out of nowhere, there was a mama bear with her two cubs right in front of me. She rushed towards me and scared the life out of me. Immediately, I started to back up. Luckily, she stopped and ran away with her cubs.
— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
My family likes to tell everyone that comes around how I nearly crashed the plane when I was a little boy because I was playing with the earphones, and I tried to force them into the many holes that were on the backside of the seat in front of me. Somehow it affected the electricity in the whole plane and when we landed all the police and firemen were there.
