I’d like to think that the most interesting thing about my family is that we are all very open about all topics and certain experiences that people tend to hide from their families. It’s something that’s helped me grow as a human being and gives me the ability to talk about things that tend to make most people uncomfortable.

Hopefully, never break my neck again, I would not advise it!!!!

— Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire my parents for their hard work raising me as a healthy and strong young man. They did not work particular jobs and started their own business, which is something I want to accomplish.
— One thing you never want to do again:
I love modeling so much because of my love for fashion, the people, and the environment. Everyone is creative, and it helps me expand my creativity which is something I like. In most cases, that’s not what you get out of 9 to 5 jobs. I would never want to do that again if I could.
— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. I went backpacking 125 miles on the Swiss Alps from Chamonix to Zermatt.
2. I love traveling and exploring new places.
3. I also love driving; there is nothing like driving fast on a windy road or hitting a steep slope on a snowboard!

When I was little, I didn’t speak well, I couldn’t pronounce certain words, and I had to have speech therapy. It was like that for many years, and I suffered from bullying at school because of it.
— What’s your most prized possession and why?
My golden snake ring. Without a doubt my most valuable possession, it was given to me by someone very special who is no longer in this world for my 19th birthday. It has great value to me ❤️
— Who is someone you admire and why?
My mom. I grew up watching how she fought against every obstacle that life put her through, and even so, she was always brave, humble, and kind. For me, seeing her is an inspiration.

— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
My mom always tells people how I started a petition and collected kids’ names at my preschool because I wanted something to change there! She laughs that I’ve always been this determined, even as a kid.
— Who is your favorite entertainer?
I look up to Patti Smith a lot! When I first read about her work as a teenager, I learned how important it is to chase your dreams and say yes to opportunities.
— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. I love to write, and I have actively been keeping a diary since I was seven years old.
2. My favorite place to spend my free time is anywhere with live music, and during summertime, I’m always running from one music festival to another.
3. I’m a huge extrovert and feel the happiest when I’m surrounded by a bunch of people.

— What’s your most prized possession and why?
Undoubtedly the photos that I have with my mom when I was younger. She died when I was 13, and those images are a way for me to remember her and some of the moments we shared.
— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
To embarrass me, my dad usually tells people this one time we went to a sushi buffet, and I ate so much sushi to the point that I almost couldn’t walk.
— The most interesting thing about your family:
On my father’s side, my family is very talented. My uncle was a famous musician in Mozambique, and my dad himself is a musician. He knows how to play multiple instruments like guitar and saxophone.
