Until I was 16, it wasn’t something I had in mind for my future, my goal was to graduate in Nursing, but everything changed when a scout on the street approached me. That’s when I started to have contact with fashion and was enchanted by everything. From that, I saw what I really wanted for my future. So I looked for a modeling school in my city, Teresina, in the Northeast of Brazil. I was presented in a casting for Jocler Turmina, who is now my mother agent.

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
I’m a philanthropist at heart. Some people end up in bad situations, but everyone deserves a second chance. I just don’t think it’s right that there are millionaires and yet so many people who are hungry or homeless. I’d like to use my success in life to start a charity to help the less fortunate.

— An issue or cause you are passionate about:
The high cost of living in my country Barbados. For a tiny island as small as it is, the cost of living just keeps increasing, causing the locals to panic and stress even more. Some are losing their jobs and homes due to the substantial constant increase in the cost of living.
