My name is a matter of chance. When my grandfather was born, he was given a surname with a spelling mistake. My ancestors were called Florian, and my grandfather started a new unique surname – Floryan – which I also use today.
— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. I played volleyball for seven years. I devoted a lot of time to it, so in the evenings, you could most often meet me in the hall with a ball in my hand. I still like to do it, but now it’s just a hobby.
2. In my childhood, I was a very energetic child. I wanted to try everything, for example, cycling or rollerblading. As a result, I had my arm broken several times.
3. I love Italian cuisine. It is my favorite cuisine, and I could only eat it for the rest of my life
— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
I love reading books. My favorites are about psychology and metaphysics. I can’t imagine getting on the train or bus without a book in my hand.

— What’s your most prized possession and why?
My most prized possession is an aviator leather jacket my dad gave me, and it’s so important to me because he bought it the first time he traveled to the USA when he was 19 to do flight training to become a pilot.
— One thing you never want to do again:
Something I hate every time I have to travel and leave Argentina for some months is leaving my dog at home, so hopefully, next time I come back to Europe, I can be based here at least for a while so I can bring him with me.
— What are you super interested in that most people have never heard of?
I’m super interested in water sports such as wakeboarding, foil boarding, and kitesurfing, and my goal for next year is to learn how to surf well. Usually, people don’t know this because most of the time I’m staying in big cities far away from the sea.

I’ve been a recording artist since I was 17. I’ve written and performed songs for movies (Parasite In Love) and commercials in Japan. I’m very passionate about music.
— The most interesting thing about your family:
My dad’s Māori and my mum’s Japanese. I grew up living back and forth between New Zealand, Australia, and Japan my whole life. They are polar opposite cultures, but I’m very grateful and proud to have the best of both worlds.

1. I’m a huge animal lover, so much so that I always have cat feed on me for the neighborhood strays. 2. I’m bilingual; I speak Japanese and English. 3. I’ve been writing songs since the age of 13.

My favorite entertainer is Rihanna. Besides the fact that she’s been making hits since she was 16, seeing a Barbadian (Bajan) girl come from humble beginnings just motivates me and proves to me that with hard work and dedication, I can be successful at anything and no dream is too big!
— An issue or cause you are passionate about:
Wanting to see more black hair stylists within the fashion industry so that black models and, by extension, black women can embrace their natural hair like other ethnicities can!
— Who is someone you admire and why?
Someone I admire is my Nana (grandmother). She is the most graceful, beautiful, and kind woman. I tell her all the time that she’s my guardian angel. Watching her happily take care of so many people and expecting nothing in return is so admirable. She has helped so many people in her day and continues to do so even with her health diminished.

— How did you become a model?
At the beginning of the pandemic, I was hanging with my aunt, who had just moved to Los Angeles. She saw the posters in my room and took a photo of me with them, and put it on her Instagram. One of the agents from my mother agency now saw the photo and asked my aunt if I was a model. I had no experience modeling, but I was really interested, so I responded, and that was the beginning of it!
— Who is someone you admire and why?
Someone I admire is my aunt Lana. She is the reason I got into fashion when I was so young, and she is the reason I am modeling now. Since she is a great stylist and involved in the fashion world. I have always looked up to her and her amazing sense of style.
— What’s your most prized possession and why?
My most prized possession is probably my favorite jacket which was given to me by my friends whom I met at a shoot for their brand. I wear this jacket every day, and it always reminds me of how sweet the people are that I have met during my time modeling.
