— Who is your favorite entertainer?
I cannot say I have only one. My favorite entertainers are t.A.T.u, Eminem and Luna. t.A.T.u took a big place in my heart back in my childhood, when I found myself in their lyrics. I liked Eminem because of his super stylish music videos and for the aesthetics he had in his appearance and songs. Luna is a Ukrainian singer who took a big place in my playlist and heart. She is that rare artist whose album I can immediately add in its entirety.

People are usually surprised when they find out that I can easily fix almost everything in the flat, replant plants and even chop wood.

I’ve been doing tarot professionally for 5 years. From a small hobby, tarot became kind of a business for me.

— How did you become a model?
I actually became a model after working at a “spikeball booth” at this surf convention. This scout was walking around and asked me a few personal questions, like if I had ever thought about modeling. At first, I thought, “that was strange” but then after talking about it with my parents they encouraged me to contact the scout… but when I did he never answered or returned any of my calls. Oddly enough, my dad told me to post pictures of myself on a website called Models.com, which at the time, I thought sounded like a fake website. Nevertheless, I did as he said and agencies began to reach out to me.

— Your most embarrassing moment:
Thankfully this was around complete strangers but it started at the first open mic I ever attended. I didn’t have a car at the time so I had to bike everywhere with my guitar strapped to my back. I had prepared this Phil Collins cover of “In the Air Tonight” but the brilliant twist I decided to add was a rap written by yours truly. What surprised me was that the open mic wasn’t really for musicians but more so for anyone that wanted to go up stage and do anything somewhat creative. I forgot to mention the coffee shop that hosted the open mic was punk/emo so I’m not too certain there were any Phil Collins fans present. Nevertheless, when it was my turn to play I finished the song and waited for applause but it never came and that’s how I had a sad bike ride back to my apartment.

— The most interesting thing about your family:
The most interesting thing about my family is the fact that me and my parents are Brazilian but the rest of our family live in Brazil. Being the “family that lives in America” is definitely a unique experience. It’s nice to be the house that every relative can count on staying at whenever they travel here, but it would also be nice to have more of my family reside in the same place.
