Who:
Ingrid Kreff (@_ingridkreff); 177 cm / 5’9.5″; Argentinian from Santa Fe, Argentina; born October 21st.

Where:
Civiles (Buenos Aires – mother agency)

— What’s a story your family/friends like to tell about you?
My family always tells me about what an actress I was in my younger days. I used to make choreographies and plays with my cousin and we made a theatre and invited everyone that was having lunch with us. I remember we dressed up and did our makeup, it was amazing!

— An issue or cause you are passionate about?
Empathy. I think there’s a huge lack of empathy in many people. I see it every day around me and it makes me furious. We should be more open-minded, step outside our bubble and see that there are people out there who have worse living conditions than us. Maybe they suffer from hunger, the cold temperatures, maybe they are homeless, maybe they suffer racism. Help your surroundings, help your community, be aware of your privilege, SPREAD KINDNESS.

— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. I’m very good at giving advice and listening to people.
2. My name doesn’t have a short form, so I have six invented nicknames.
3. One of my dreams is to be part of a music video.

Israel

Israel Lopez Alves (@israelix_); 180 cm / 5’11”; Spanish from Valencia, Spain; born June 29th.

Where:
Carmen Duran Agency (Valencia – mother agency)

— How and when did you become a model?
I had just danced and like every day I was on the subway going home. When I turned around there was Nora (booker from Carmen Duran) wondering how old I was and how much I measured.

— Your most embarrassing moment:
When I was 6 years old I had a dress rehearsal and I decided that day not to wear underwear. When I arrived and saw the set I wanted to run to the locker room, but my mother asked me what was happening to me… and I told her. Bad idea! That was when my mother yelled [in front of everyone] “you don’t have underpants!”

— What are three interesting facts about you?
The first interesting fact is that I have been a dancer since I was three years old. The second is that I’ve already moved almost five times. The third is at the age of eight I got a 10/10 in my conservatory entrance test.

My family is Guyanese Rastafarian. I was born in Guyana and raised in New York for the later part of my childhood.

Because of my intersectionality, there are many issues that I put my passion behind.  As a black, non-binary, differently-abled person, I steadily advocate for LQGBTW+ rights, disability rights as well as mental health awareness and destigmatization.  I have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and try my best to bring awareness to it and dispel the myths and stereotypes that are surrounding the disorder.

— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. Not many people know that I have been a vegetarian all my life—people usually don’t believe me!
2. I am the youngest of 6 siblings—being the baby has its pros and cons.
3. I got my first kitchen job at 17, went to culinary school in California, and worked at Chefs Club NY before I decided to seriously pursue modeling.

I like to dance and when I have time I like to design and sew, knit clothes to wear myself, this relaxes me and I can find my emotional balance.

— What are you super interested in that most people have never heard of?
I love cars. Mostly tuning cars. Here in my country, this isn’t such a popular thing but full-powered dragsters… I love them. V8 motors, thousands of horsepower, and extremely loud exhaust noise.

— How did you become a model?
I became a model because of an agency in my city. They always called me since I was 14 but my mother never let me. When I turned 18 I decided to join the agency to know better what it would be like.
