— What is something you wish you knew more about?
Art, I really want to be an expert in art history. I really like to explore paintings and painters. My favourite art movements are Impressionism and Post Impressionism. My favourite painters are Van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, Rembrandt, Raphael. So I want to learn more about them, about their styles.

— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
When I was 14 I was really interested in football. I knew almost all the teams and all footballers. I was in so many football stadiums and games. For example, I saw FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Liverpool, Juventus games. And I have many pictures with really well-known players.

— Who is someone you admire and why?
Vincent Van Gogh. I read his biography and how his all life wrote letters to his younger brother and that’s why we all know so many facts about him. As a person, he was nervous and sometimes aggressive but also he had a really pure soul. In his paintings, I see reality, truth, love, pain and happiness. He never wanted to be someone else, Vincent always was himself.

— Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire Björk and Solange, people that I really dream of meeting in the future. Björk is: weird, interesting something out of this universe, her music is freaking amazing; it’s chaotic and harmonic at the same time. She’s an icon is all I can really say. Solange: has a style, has a grace, a taste, I always get goosebumps when I listen to her new album “When I Get Home”. The music is astonishing, I adore her.

I’m always very famous for being the odd one in the crowd, I enjoy doing art in whatever way I can, and I always bring a weird trail of the rainbow with me.

— Who is your favorite entertainer?
There’s a lot of entertainers I like but if had to choose only one I would choose Tyler the Creator. He’s one of the most controversial figures in the music industry but I really like him cause he is never afraid to be himself or to say what’s on his mind. He’s always pushing the boundaries and creating new and creative music. He is also very funny.

— The most interesting thing about your family?
My grandfather was Angolan and he and my grandmother met each other because they became penpals. Then she moved to Angola to marry him without having even met him in person. My mother lived in Angola until she was 12. My father was born in Mozambique but only lived there for 2 years. I have two step-siblings and one half-sister. I love them all.

About 1 year ago in the summer, my friends and I walked around town. We were searching for something and so we asked for help from 2 people who I thought were girls. I went up to them, greeted them with “hi girls!” and then it turned out that one of them was a boy with long hair… LOL.
