Xiting Yan, 177 cm / 5’9.5″, Chinese, born October 15th.

Why:

Liken by her mother agency to legendary Chinese warrior (and Disney princess) Mulan, there’s something very tantalising about Ting. From a city on the border with Macau in southern China, these days Ting is based in Guangzhou after being discovered on social media about a year ago. Having worked so far for Modern Weekly China and Mo&Co, next up Ting will continue to ring in the New Year in Paris and Milan, where she’ll experience her first fashion week abroad. Fierce yet fragile, this Guangdong girl is going places.
