With those bird perch ears and his strong, angular features, curiously handsome Jamil has an oddball beauty that is head turning. Born and raised in Germany, but of Palestinian background, Jamil was discovered at a party by Affa Osman from Izaio Models very recently. Just two days after signing he booked his first job (for designer Shaun Samson) and has been working steadily since. Placed in London with Elite, Jamil’s look is editorial for sure, but equally as striking on the runway – in fact, this Berliner is headed to the men’s shows in January, and we have him earmarked as a boy who’ll land only the coolest of cool bookings.
