Did you always want to be a model? Tell us about how you were discovered.
Kind of. Fashion has always been how I communicate and understand the world. Modeling had been in the back of my mind so I submitted photos to my mother agency and it all snowballed from there!
Most memorable modeling experience so far?
Probably working with Steven Meisel. His Organized Robots and Supermods Enter Rehab stories changed my life. I love the blend of historical anachronisms and pop culture references in his work. And Moon River from Breakfast at Tiffany’s played right when we started shooting. Enough said.
One song you have on repeat, and why?
Twilight by Elliott Smith because his music is so introspective and it eases my nerves.
What other passions do you have aside from modeling?
Medieval art and Marie Antoinette.
What is something you’ve always wanted to do/try?
Go to the masked ball at Versailles with my friends, be the hottest ones there, and stay up until sunrise.
What’s one thing people may be surprised to find out about you?
I used to be a theater kid. Actually that’s probably not surprising.
What change would you like to see in the world?
People looking inward and a new president.
