— An issue or cause you are passionate about:
I am passionate about clean eating and reform within the food industry. I am a pescatarian, which means the only meat I consume is fish. I believe the mass meat industry is cruel and inhumane. I would also like to see less preservatives, GMOs, and pesticides in our fruits and vegetables. I worked at an organic juice bar for two years and was able to learn a lot about taking care of my body.
— What are three interesting facts about you?
1. I used to struggle with social anxiety. I couldn’t even go to a party without having a panic attack.
2. I am extremely passionate about astrology. My sun is in Virgo, my rising is Scorpio, and my moon is Cancer.
3. I have been playing the guitar for six years. I also play the ukulele, sing, and write music. I also love concerts and festivals.
— The best and worst aspects of your personality:
The best and worst aspects of my personality are similar. I am a perfectionist. This causes me to always put forth my best effort in almost everything I do. As a result, I get good grades, make beautiful art, dress to a T, and am successful in my professional life. On the flip side, I am extremely hard on myself. If anything is out of place or goes wrong, I can become agitated.

— Who is your favorite entertainer?
My favorite entertainers are showmen and show women and show-them. I love sequins and tricks and lots of drama. I want to see the performer leave it all on the stage. Bowie, Madonna, Gaga, Grace Jones, Elton John, Prince, Queen, Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Michael Jackson, 1975 and Bjork come to mind.
— Who is someone you admire and why?
Growing up my mother bought me a book about Princess Diana. I always wanted to be like her, a humanitarian, light in a dark room, a smile that could change your mood.

1. I spent a semester in China and traveled all over the country while there.
2. I did varsity rowing for 6 years through high school and college.
3. My sun is in Leo and my moon in Aries so I’m determined but am actively working on my temper, haha.

1. I play sports (basketball and volleyball but I love basketball!).

I am helpful and loyal. And I can be picky and egocentric.

I like Jermaine Cole, Kendrick Lamar and Mulatto. I love Mulatto because she has taught me that you can start from nothing to something and she’s achieved so much at a young age she gives me motivation.

— What’s something you wish you knew more about?
I wish I knew how to play the saxophone. Saxophone is my favorite instrument. I’ve always told myself that I’m gonna learn how to play it before I turn 25… and I fully plan on fulfilling that goal.
— One thing people may be surprised to find out about you:
My dream job as a young child was to be a clothing designer. I was heavily influenced by Kimora Lee Leissner and Raven Symoné from That’s So Raven.
— Who is your favorite entertainer?
Beyoncé. I mean… who else other than the queen B? Beyoncé continues to open doors for Black artists, creatives and entertainers and does so while being the greatest performer of our generation. Beyoncé inspires me to reach such grand levels of greatness that others are inspired to be great too.

I think everyone is starting to wake up to just how important global warming is. We can all make little changes to our lives that can make a great impact.

I play football and am very passionate about the sport. So someone I admire would be Cristiano Ronaldo because I believe his work ethic, commitment and drive make him a world-class football player.

I wish I knew more about cryptocurrencies because they will be a large part of our future.
