In an ongoing series of features, MODELS.com newfaces has selected multiple newbies from a singular agency to highlight. A more editorial take on curve; a quirky focus on traditional British beauty — these are the hallmarks of the women’s development boards at Milk Management, London.

The Board

Imani
Name: Imani Thomas-Kelly
Age: 21
Hometown: Pendle
How discovered: Scouted on the tube.
Best feature: I try not to take life too seriously, and I like to help people.
Fun fact: I write songs, and try to make each one different to the last.

AJ
Name: Aj
Age: 16
Hometown: London
How discovered: I was scouted by Milk when I was shopping in Oxford St.
Best feature: I like my eyes, they’re blue and my pupils are slightly different sizes.
Fun fact: I want to have travelled the world by 2025, I’m looking forward to finishing school and getting out there.

Ellie
Name: Eleanor Delmonte
Age: 20
Hometown: Liverpool
How discovered: I had seen some great things on MiLK Instagram, so decided to apply to the agency and I loved that they accepted me.
Best feature: I always get complemented on my eyebrows, so I guess they must be pretty good.
Fun fact: I’ve been teaching myself Italian for a while now, I really like learning new languages as well as travelling so modelling works well for this.

Charlotte
Name: Charlotte Robinson
Age: 20
Hometown: Berkshire
How discovered: Scouted at Field Day festival.
Best feature: My freckles!! They are so fun and unique.
Fun fact: I once ate 2 large camemberts in one sitting. I can out-eat anyone.

Georgina
Name: Georgina Solly
Age: 18
Hometown: Cheam
How discovered: I was scouted outside the toilets in a shopping centre in Kingston when I was twelve – really glamorous!
Best feature: My best physical feature is probably my hair. The first thing hair stylists usually say to me is ‘you have a lot of hair’ to which my reply is ‘thanks I grew it myself’!
Fun fact: I’ve been playing football since I was 5 and still play today! I’m a goalkeeper so diving around on a muddy football pitch trying to stop a ball going into a net is very different to modelling. I usually get more makeup put on my legs trying to cover up the bruises than I do anywhere else.
