What is one thing people may be surprised to find out about you?
“Many of my friends say I was very fierce when they first met me, but after we became closer, they found actually I was funny and even a little bit slow in reacting. And the most interesting thing is all of my friends think I have a boyfriend when they first met me but I’ve never had a boyfriend.”
Who is someone you admire and why?
“I admire Karlie Kloss. She not only a famous model, she still attended NEW YORK UNIVERSITY to improve herself and at the same time, she does a lot of charity work, helping lots of helpless people. I think she changes many people’s mind about models. So I think I have many things I could learn from her.”
How and when did you become a model?
“My agency discovered me in my first year of college because of a photo. Before that I just a normal college student who was very interested in modeling. I think I’m very lucky.”

What are your interests/favorite things?
“At the moment I produce music, study architecture, climb mountains and destroy parties.”
What is one thing people may be surprised to find out about you?
“That I am not Italian! Especially since my look is not so typical for a guy from the north, it is very confusing for people to find out that I am 100% Dutch. Still, Italo Disco is one of the best genres in music.”
What was your most embarrassing moment?
“My first fashion show for Diesel we had a rehearsal the night before. I asked the other models what I had to do, and they were like “Uhh, its super easy, just walk in a circle.” As soon as I was on stage I walked in the wrong direction. Pier Giorgio had to run after me, drag me to the other side. Then he was coaching me, like a football trainer on the sideline, to walk faster, have a good posture etcetera. I felt lucky it was only the rehearsal and Pier Giorgio is a good coach.”
