Hazem was born in New York City but has Egyptian origins, making him American-Egyptian. He has played soccer for many years and is very interested in video making. Hazem made his first major debut in the fashion scene in Egypt at the Dior Men Pre-Fall 23 show, and since then, he has walked in major shows for the F/W 23 season such as Etro, Zegna and Casablanca.
