Anyier Anei is a South Sudanese model who majored in Bachelor of Pharmacy at the United States International University - Africa. She identifies as a community development enthusiast, an activist, and a mental health advocate.

Driven by her love for basketball, she has worked as a coach for Teenage Basketball camps in Kenya. In addition to that, she volunteered as a peer counselor through high school, where she did community development projects to empower people living with HIV/AIDS and hearing impairment at Kapsabet School for the deaf, Kenya. She is also the CEO of Aquasana Filters, which is an entrepreneurial project she has been working on with her peers to create water filters that would be used in rural and slum areas in South Sudan, that struggle to access clean water, hence reducing the spread of water borne diseases.

Anyier grew up in a patriarchal environment, where, with limited access to education, young girls were reared to be disposed of in marriage. However, she took inspiration in this and always strived to be an educated and vocal leader, in order to gain standing in such circumstances. She took great inspiration in young eminent leaders like Nadia Murad and Ilhan Omar, who did not allow their statuses in gender biased environments define them. Hailing from a more traditional society, pursuing her talent and following her dreams has been accompanied by constant fear and rejection, but she is slowly overcoming those challenges. In her debut season in the fashion industry, Anyier trekked upon the runways of Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Versace, and more - opening the first doors to what could become a significant, independent career. Using her talent as a springboard, she intends to provide a secure platform for young African girls to chase their dreams and reintegrate into the community without anxiety and consternation.
