Top-model, Certified Health Coach and Raw Vegan Chef

Anastassia Khozissova in a few years passed the way from top-model to certified health coach and chef, who is specializing in vegan cuisine. For many years she was best known as the face of Ralph Lauren, who walked every show and starred in numerous campaigns for the brand.
In 2015 she decided to take a different turn in her career and finished her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Stable interest in healthy food led her to Los Angeles where Anastassia attended Matthew Kenney Culinary School (known as PlantLab) – a pioneer in plant-based cuisine and the art of its preparation. The base she got here helped her to maintain her own culinary style where healthy food meets fashionable presentation.
Then she passed an internship in Europe's only vegetarian Michelin restaurant Joia and qualified as a second level raw vegan chef.

Since January 2018 she has launched her online school, where, as a health coach, helps her students to change their lives, to achieve the goals they set and be sure the changes will improve your health and life. She provides them ongoing support and guidance.

In May 2018 Anastassia Khozissova released her first book “JUST DOLCE”. Sweet recipes #SUGARFREE.

In August 2018, Anastassia has begun new cooperation with the company "Chernyy Hleb". This Company is specialized in producing organic flour and cereals of high quality. Anastasia herself using such a flour bakes the right hand-made bread based on the Italian leaven (Madre Lievito).

Today Anastassia Khozissova cooks with passion and professionalism for private clients, creates wellness menus for restaurants, leading culinary Master Classes, starting sales of her actor super blend called Green Power by A.K. and representing Glamour Italy as a glamsetter.

Since 2018 she is the official brand chef of ASKO Russia.
