Over the years, a diverse group of creatives has gravitated there, resulting in landmark work. On the cinema side, everything from the James Dean &#038; Elizabeth Taylor classic Giant, to the Coen Brother\u2019s taut Cormac McCarthy adaption, No Country for Old Men has been filmed in Marfa. A wealth of art from pioneers like Donald Judd (who famously moved from NYC to Marfa in the early seventies) to Dan Flavin and Robert Irwin serve to make the city a can\u2019t miss destination for aficionados and collectors.
