Exclusive Preview: Nicola Formichetti’s FREE magazine

Posted by Stephan Moskovic | March 8th, 2015

When Nicola Formichetti launches a new magazine you know you are in for a visual feast. For the debut issue of FREE the fashion editor and creative director looked to his Japanese roots finding inspiration in the old and new of Japanese culture, and an exploration of contemporary fashion. Enlisting photographer Richard Burbridge among others, its eye-catching editorials range from classically beautiful to a new take on Tokyo infused global fashion in the striking Neo-Tokyo series, with appearances by Kiko Mizuhara, Tao Okamoto, Chiharu Okunugi, Mona Matsuoka, and Brooke Candy.

Free will be out March 17th and available exclusively at selected TSUTAYA stores throughout Japan
The magazine will also be available for download at freemagazine.jp
