Cepheus

Fashion collides with the cosmos in Andrew Weir’s debut fashion film, Cepheus. With feature film level post-production & special effects by Industrial Color, a bombastic original score by Tristan Bechet (composer behind Spike Jonze’s Where the Wild Things Are) and a host of gauzy pieces from McQueen, Rick Owens and Versace, the film creates a captivating mood all its own: hint of sci-fi drama, a touch of couture elegance and a strong dose of pure beauty. Actress Lydia Hearst plays a well-dressed alien trapped between worlds in Weir’s moving, atmospheric tale, experience it for yourself in MDX.

This film is epic. It’s refreshing to see a fashion film with substance and such cinematic flair. The imagery is so moody and beautiful. And the score is perfection! Love it!

  7. I’m not sure if I like this. but I do appreciate how hard it is to make something like this.

I just felt that it the sets looked a bit, Star Trek on a budget, and the score throughout is way over the top…. NO?
