To help celebrate their anniversary, the magazine created cover magic by pairing up model legend Iman Abdulmajid with Dutch model star Imaan Hammam, the latter’s second cover for the Vogue outpost. The modern day empresses donned matching monochromatic Saint Laurent, Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Chanel looks with silk turbans throughout the cover story styled by Katie Trotter. Representing a region often slighted by outside gazes, these visuals are a refreshing take on powerful women celebrating their Muslim faith.
