Steiro by the Seaside

Sean and Seng‘s editorial inside Pop Magazine‘s latest issue is both fabulous and fanciful, making good fun out of high fashion. The iconic Iselin Steiro commands the images, simultaneously done up and stripped down, styled by Tom Guinness in color-blocked couture that can turn to quirk just as easily as luxe. The seaside set editorial puts playful opulence against stark 80s minimalism. Of the shoot, the photographic duo says, “This is an Italian couture story. Iselin’s a dream to work with. We had so much fun shooting this story especially making a polaroid dress out of Iselin’s Polas with the whole team getting involved posing, sticking and directing.” Beauty team Mari Ohashi and Mathias van Hooff bring vogueish glam up to date with audacious application and color.
