Gucci Gucci

Alessandro Michele‘s vision for Gucci sets the world in the gritty cityscape of LA. Models are all in various states of transport, whether by train or foot, adorned in Michele’s first foray for the juggernaut brand. Shot by Glen Luchford, the retro looking visuals match nostalgia with modernity as background figures provide abrupt variation to designs  in the foreground. Again, the floral prints mixed with the staunch rigidity of industrialization drive home the point of dualities and fluidity between the runway and the street. See more of the images below.

  1. Love the atmosphere in this new direction. Unfortunately, I can sense no Gucci in any of the shots.

  2. Some pictures are cool, but the casting does not convince me. There are girls more spectacular and interesting.
