Dusk till Dawn

Nastya Sten covers Numero China shot by Txema Yeste. Imagined in a muggy, moody den, Tim Lim provides dramatic styling with a touch of exotic theater. There’s nothing subtle about the beauty look by Victor Alvarez: a palette of creamy skin tones, bold color accents and defining black strokes. For hair, Nicolas Jurnjack executes unruly wispy braids to deliberate effect. With all the elaborate ornament, svelte Nastya plays it cool letting the warmly lit backdrop and styling do the hard work.

  1. Beautiful, very cinematic. Amazing set design. Hope there are more close ups of the make-up and hair in the magazine both are perfection, but they remain frustratingly tantalizing in these shots.
