From the return of classic VI faves like Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington to the debut of beauties like Rianne von Rompaey, this cover is an epic must have for any model fans and fashion enthusiasts. The lineup of models is sure to be debated, but you’re almost certain to see a face you love on this cover.

  1. The fact that Raquel and Edie were included on the main cover with the mega-models speaks volumes. Steven Meisel must have a lot of respect for them in the studio.

This is quite remarkable that they got all these girls to participate in light of everyone’s hectic schedules. Yes, there are girls missing, most notably Gisele, but I’m sure she would be here if she could have made it.

I love this and I can’t stop staring at it. And I love the “candidness” of the main editorial even more. I am so ecstatic to see Liu Wen included here. Seeing the legendary Linda Evangelista pictured here with her natural long hair is a rare treat. And speaking of treats, Adriana Lima brings a special sexy ‘fierceness’ to the cover, too!

Kudos to Franca Sozzani, Steven Meisel, Pat McGrath, and Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele for a job well done. This cover will be in my collection forever!

  2. What fashion lover could not love this cover!! Missing my girl Kate though, but I will get over it as soon as I own this edition!

  3. Wonder what took so long for VI to put Adriana on the cover? Better yet, why did it take so many years for her to work with Meisel again? I hope to see the both of them working together again more often now after Vogue US, Pirelli and VI twice this year.

  4. Gisele?
    Eva Herzigova?
    Cara Delevingne?
    Kate Moss?
    The Rayder sisters?

I personally really really reallyyyyy miss Snejana Onopka (not just here, but everywhere…come backkkk please)

  5. Guinevere Van Seenus, Fei Fei Sun, Julia Nobis, Iselin Steiro, Jourdan Dunn, Jamie Bochert!!! However, where are Missy Rayder, Kristen McMenamy, Kate Moss and Daphne Groeneveld?

  6. Spectacular cover! No vogue editions can compare to Vogue Italia. Steven Meisel is truly a genius. A status that Mario Testino will never be able to achieve.

  7. The editorial is incredible, it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen, especially in recent years. I actually liked seeing Edie on the cover, I wasn’t a fan until now.

Liya looks incredible, better every year.

Always nice to see Vanessa Axente, I wouldn’t mind seeing her in all my magazines. And great for Issa, love that girl!

  8. Loving this cover but where are the following icons:

    Kate Moss
    Daria Werbowy
    Gisele Bundchen
    Claudia Schiffer
    Abbey Lee Kershaw
    Carmen Kass

  9. I like the first cover with Stella Tennant, Amber Valetta, Carolyn Murphy, and of course Linda Evangelista is the face of Vogue Italia forever. The rest is quite boring.
