Marking 5 years in print, Grey Magazine has assembled its tenth issue, a stylish testament to a history of inventive fashion and art. It’s in keeping with tradition that the Italian magazine commissioned 12 standout covers for Issue X, each pulled from one of several stunning editorials covering fashion, film, music, and art.
Breakout Odeya Rush headlines a cover all her own in anticipation of her starring role in the upcoming summer blockbuster, The Giver. Valentina Ilardi Martin and Silvia Morani shoot and style the 17-year-old beauty in fashions by Rome-based designer Ludovica Amati. With a stunning shot that recalls her captivating turn in last year’s We Are What We Are, Odeya appears poised to take on Hollywood.
Elsewhere in the issue, unpublished images from photographer Corinne Day introduce the issue’s diverse selection of content, followed by a poetic series by William Eggleston and French actress Alma Jodorowsky shot by Ellen von Unwerth. Garance Doré (Walter Schupfer Management) shoots Homeland actress Sarita Choudhury in serene fashion, while style icon Beatrix Ost shines in a portrait by Advance Style’s Ari Seth Cohen.
Models Luma Grothe, Samantha York, and Zhenya Katava each feature on their own covers as well. Luma goes grunge in a series by Billy Kidd (Walter Schupfer Management), Zhenya takes to the graffiti’d streets of New York in Fendi’s Spring collection, and Fanny Latour-Lambert (Walter Schupfer Management) captures Samantha amid the whimsy of Parisian nostalgia.
