Walk The Walk

Wondering which girls got the most runway mileage this season? The members of the Fashion Spot forums have got you covered. The dust has settled on the shows and its time to see just who walked the walk down the catwalks of New York/London/Milan/Paris. Need a round up of who did what, including those choice opening and closing slots? Our amazing friends at The Fashion Spot Community have been keeping count of everything and the hardwork and dedication that went into their model showlists has to be seen to be believed. Check out the tFS thread here.

Naturally, they weren’t the only ones hard at work this season. An elite group of models raised the bar when it came to runway appearances. With multiple girls doing over 50 shows each in the 4 different cities you really get an idea just how rigorous modeling can be. Here are the top 10 catwalkers according to tFS’ calculations.

10.Dorothea Barth Jorgensen, Elsa Sylvan, Katie Fogarty (Tie) | 51 Shows

9. Angelika Kocheba | 52 Shows

8. Alla Kostromichova | 55 Shows

7. Hanne Gaby Odiele, Iris Strubegger, Karlie Kloss (Tie) | 56 Shows

6. Charlotte Di Calypso | 57 Shows

5. Eniko Mihalik, Imogen Morris-Clarke, Jacquelyn Jablonski, Tao Okamoto (Tie) | 58 Shows

4. Frida Gustavsson | 60 Shows

3. Kasia Struss | 61 Shows

2. Liu Wen | 70 Shows

1. Constance Jablonski | 72 Shows

Constance at Versace

The official runway leader of the season Constance Jablonski! 72 shows is mind blowing!

  1. i don’t feel like the amount is all that important, the quality of each show I think is more important than the number of shows

  2. Go Constance & Jacqueyln!! Models.com thank you so much for crediting TFS ^^ we work so hard to compile the showlists of each models and I’m happy that u credited us…oh, this is why I love models.com haha more power to wayne, betty & crew ^^

  3. oh! and ofcourse…more power to TFS leader Faith Akiyama πŸ˜€ she ranked the models’ showlist…so lots of kudos to her πŸ˜‰ love u models.com….Go Jacquelyn!!! oh! and NEXT MODELS please stop pirating other models from hardworking agencies lol

  4. Im suprised Karlie didnt do more shows, i feel like i see her everywhere… No suprise about Liu Wen, Tao or Kasia though

  5. hmm i just noticed that the asian and caucasian girls are walking far more than the black girls. whats going on!

  6. Did you guys noticied how better and confident Kasia Struss is on the runway this season??!!
    Her catwalk is now perfect

  7. Lanvinray,
Yes, TFS members are fanatic and fantastic, def kudos to Faith and everyone..

I do want to take this chance to let everyone know that it’s frustrating to see all the Next bashers when every agency has girls that come and go. For the record, out of the 9 Next girls that are on the top 50, 6 of them: Anja Rubik, Anna J, Catherine McNeil, Abbey Lee, Karmen Pedaru and Myf Stephens have been at Next for their biggest bookings. These are some of the top girls in the entire industry that have been made by Next.

  8. So of the girls on the list are definitely breaking their own records this season! These are very impressive numbers, by all means.
And it is always amazing to see our favorite girls – Imogen, Dorothea and Frida, getting more and more impressive bookings each season.

  9. I really thought that abbey lee kershaw will be one of the catwalk queen! i agree its not about the number of shows a model walk in but how each model carries herself and the dress…because that’s why their chosen to be model for that certain dress…

anyway, i love kasia! she’s improved a lot and finally has given a break!

  10. Speaking of “Walk the Walk”…..

Look at the video of Versace Spring Summer 2010 here:

    OMG!!! Supermodels overload.

Abbey Lee opened the show, but her walk is ok, not amazing. I feel like she could have give more oomph!

speaking of OMMMPH! Catwalk Queen of the Millenium Natasha Poly is amazing! My eyes and my neck are straining in following her side-to-side hip movements!!! She’s very extra ordinary and unbeatable! She is WOW……………Naomi, Gisele then there’s Natasha….Legends of the Runway!!! Natasha’s Walk is very modern and very Now.

I also like Lily Donaldson because of her beauty and confidence.

Constance Jablonski also showed us here why she’s in-demand!

I also like Sasha P, giving us that PRADA face….and Karlie Kloss with her signature walk.

All in All I love the Versace show, because it lets a woman to be a woman…

what do you think of their walk?

  11. I wonder what happened with Tony this season, she losed Milan, London and New York??? And with Raquel ?? … Happy to see our very favorites like Coco in a few but selected runways, and talking about Runway divas, Carmen Kass never dissapoints she has been for so long in the industry, and yet she is so fresh… and chic.

  12. WOW congrats to Liu Wen! She practically made it almost all the way to the top. Although given her runway turns and the campaigns she’s booked why is her standing at #44 still?!

  13. Asian Girls are doing good now. Constance congrats but Marija Vujovic still have the title most show booked for 1 season with a total of 100 followed by raquel, natasha poly

  14. γ‚Ώγ‚ͺさん、γƒͺウさん、をジを人として嬉しい!

  15. Go Constance! I love her, Liu, Imogen, Alla, Tao, and Charlotte the best. The other are great, too

Liu is the best Asian model to date ever!!!

NOT TRUE!!! It’s not Marija! It’s a tie between Behati Prinsloo and Vlada Roslyakova, with 87 shows apiece in one season.

  16. “Liu is the best Asian model to date ever!!!”

Liu is great but I don’t think she will ever exceed Du Juan or Hye Park on the campaign front though.. that would be pretty hard πŸ˜›

  17. Scratch my last comment about Behati and Vlada, they didn’t walk the most shows. I found that Daiane Conterato has walked the most, with 91 shows under her belt for one season. That is an amazing feat, of course, in my opinion.

“Liu is great but I don’t think she will ever exceed Du Juan or Hye Park on the campaign front though.. that would be pretty hard”

You may have a point, but it’s too early in Liu’s career to affirm it.
