biography

Nationality: Belgium

One of the world's most renowned makeup artists, Philips was Chanel Makeup's Global creative director from 2008-2013. Studied fashion design at the Antwerp Academy where he became friends with Willy Vanderperre and Olivier Rizzo. Part of that Belgium wave of top fashion crowd which also includes friends Raf Simons and Veronique Branquinho.
