Hailing from a small town in North Carolina, Karl T. Payton always knew he wanted to pursue a career in the fashion/beauty. After completing university and a brief stint working with fashion designer Mandy Coon, he began his journey into the industry by assisting top hair professionals on set & during fashion week.
