Bethann Hardison, a trailblazing figure in the fashion industry, has dedicated an expansive five-decade career to advocating for diversity and inclusion. The model, agent, and activist cofounded the Black Girls Coalition to address the underrepresentation of people of color and help guide some of the business's top models, designers, and creatives, including Naomi Campbell, Iman, Veronica Webb, and countless more. In 2023, Hardison celebrated many milestones – the 50th anniversary of the historic Battle of Versailles, 15 years since her consultation on the game-changing 2008's Vogue Italia Black issue, and co-directing a new documentary about her life, Invisible Beauty, which premiered in Sundance, and is the recipient of Models.com's 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award.
