Set designer Andrea Stanley’s fresh, imaginative
design sensibility has graced the pages of American,
Italian and French Vogue, W, Interview, POP and Love
magazine. Her background in fine art and film is
readily evident in the sets she designs for fashion and
art photographers such as Steven Klein, Raymond
Meier, Annie Leibovitz, Miles Aldridge and, most
recently, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
In addition to editorial projects, Andrea has worked
on advertising campaigns for Louis Vuitton, Versace,
Dolce & Gabbana, Bally, Akris, Alberta Ferretti and
L’Oréal among many others. She has collaborated with
Laurent Chanez, Sophie Muller and other leading
directors on television ads. Andrea’s career in film
includes art direction onBoys Don’t Cry, Party Monster,
Office Killer, Gummo, Jesus’ Son, The Safety of Objects
and Laurie Anderson’sHidden Inside Mountains.
