He’s done it again. Right on the heels of the hilarious “Louis Ghost” Phillipe Starck has emerged with what might very well be this year’s chair. The willfully awkward “Kong”, is fashioned out of brushed aluminum and comes with one arm or two depending on how awkward you want to get. If the idea of sitting in “Kong’s” hard metal seat fazes you then by all means order it with an upholstered leather seat or back. But order fast, estimated deliveries start at the end of June and there is of course, an impressive waiting list already forming. Gives new meaning to the expression “so ugly it’s beautiful” doesn’t it!
