Designer cosmetic lines have become increasingly popular over the years with Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford and Giorgio Armani all launching eponymous lines in recent years. The latest megabrand to jump on the bandwagon is Gucci, who is set to launch a full scale beauty brand starting in September. The line will feature everything from eyeshadow, to lipgloss and nail polish and with P&G Prestige handling the licensing deal there’s a good chance Pat McGrath is involved. As for the ensuing campaign – Gucci’s settled for nothing less than a princess, tapping longtime face Charlotte Casiraghi for a fresh slate of ads shot by Mert & Marcus.

Speaking of Gucci, cosmetics queen Gucci Westman has been sharing some truly exceptional looks of the day over at Vogue.
