Every week there are hundreds of launches, but only a few that pique our interest – take a look at the new products that we’re loving right now.

NARS CONTOUR BLUSH
$42 at NARScosmetics.com

Cheekbones are a classically beautiful facial feature, but let’s be honest not everyone is born with the chiseled features of Toni Garrn. That’s where NARS’ skillful contour duo comes in. The complimentary shades are used to shape the face – the darker shade adds definition while the lighter highlights cheekbones, browbones and anywhere else light catches to create a naturally sculpted look as opposed to a 1980s paint by numbers look – unless of course you’re into that. NARS’ products always get high marks for quality and with the versatile range of shades and silky feel this is no exception. While using the duo we were struck by how easy it is to create the illusion of cheekbones worthy of Marlene Dietrich – all it takes are a few brushstrokes and viola!

PROENZA SCHOULER x MAC
at MAC Cosmetics locations nationwide

As fashion’s resident wunderkinds, Jack McCollough + Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler are adept at creating goods that cool girls want – you can’t walk down 5th Avenue without seeing scores of the duo’s PS1 bags or pieces of Proenza RTW. So it was with baited breath that we awaited the line’s collaboration with MAC Cosmetics. This April the full collection hits stores complete with ombre blushes, psychedelic kohl pencils and a set of delectable lip colors in shades that look good on everyone. Our personal favorite – the bright berry shade Primrose pictured below.

KAHINA GIVING BEAUTY NIGHT CREAM
$105 at Kahina Giving Beauty

Kahina Giving Beauty’s Argan Oil already has a loyal following amongst the fashion set – Donna Karan swears by it – but it’s their new night cream that has us excited. Adding red wine grapes to the mix alongside argan oil creates a unique blend that heals and replenishes. After a day filled with stress, smog and other irritants slathering on this cream is a pleasure and its luxurious feel and soothing properties offer the perfect pick-me-up. Add to this the fact that Kahina donates a portion of proceeds from each purchase to programs that support Berber women and their families and you have a cream that’s good for body & soul.
