This morning’s exhibition preview brought out fashion’s finest including Julien d’Ys, Suzy Menkes and iconic model Beverly Johnson.
One of the most memorable moments of the morning’s events was sponsor Marc Jacobs’ unscripted speech about the museum’s influence on his life and his work. By taking the time to talk about his personal connection to the Met he outlined the importance of giving back and powerful impact of institutions like the Met on inspiring talent.
